Section 386
<br> to be negotiated upon return
When a person leases a house, he should make a written agreement with the person who takes the lease to disclose the following matters:-
(a) Full name and address, citizenship number and foreigner's passport or identification certificate of the person receiving and giving the house,
(b) The place where the house is situated and the lot number of the plot,
(c) Purpose of reinstatement,
(d) Date of commencement of reinstatement,
(e) Period of validity,
(f) Monthly reinstatement amount,
(g) Time and procedure for submission of reinstatement,
(h) Obligation to pay fees for electricity, water, telephone, etc. used in the house (i) Payment of house restoration tax,
(j) Matters related to the house if it is to be insured,
(k) Matters related to leaving the house taken under restoration and removal of the person living in restoration,
(l) The matter of whether or not the house taken in repossession can be given in repossession to another person, and
(d) Other essential matters.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), there is no need to enter into a written agreement with the person who is to be restored to the house in order to restore the house up to twenty thousand rupees per month.
(3) The photograph of the incumbent shall also be affixed to the document of agreement as per sub-section (1).
(4) In the document of agreement as per sub-section (1), the person giving the contract and at least two witnesses of both parties shall take one copy of such document.
(5) After completing the process as per sub-section (4), it shall be considered that there is an agreement between the landlord and the tenant regarding the restored relationship.
